These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your enrollment in the PATHWAYS Neuro-Biblical Coaching Certification (the "Program") offered by Covenant Counseling Services, LLC and Dr. Teneka G. Miles ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling or using this site, you agree to these terms.
The Program is an educational coaching and discipleship certification for Christian coaches, pastors, ministry leaders, and other helpers. It includes online course content, assignments and assessments, a guided coaching practicum, optional monthly group coaching calls, supplemental resources, and access to a private online community. Program content and structure may be updated over time.
The Program is educational. It is not counseling, psychotherapy, or medical care, and participating does not create a therapist-client relationship with Dr. Miles. Completing the Program does not confer mental health licensure or authorize you to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. You are responsible for practicing within your own qualifications, applicable laws, and scope of practice, and for referring people to licensed professionals when appropriate.
Live monthly group coaching and mentorship calls are optional and are not a graduation requirement. All other program requirements, including the guided coaching practicum, are mandatory. The practicum is guided mentorship with a volunteer client, not clinical supervision.
The Program may be purchased in one payment of $4,995, two monthly payments of $2,795, or four monthly payments of $1,497. Payment plans carry a higher total cost than paying in full ($5,590 for two payments and $5,988 for four payments). By choosing a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each month until all payments are complete. Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full plan amount. If a payment fails, we may pause access until your account is current.

Your enrollment is for you personally. Do not share your login, course materials, or community content with others. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or community guidelines.
All Program materials, including videos, readings, assignments, frameworks, and branding, are owned by Dr. Teneka G. Miles or Covenant Counseling Services, LLC and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, resell, teach, or distribute them without written permission.
Treat other members with respect, protect confidentiality, and do not share identifying details about people you serve. We may remove content that is harmful, disrespectful, or off-topic.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
