A 26-module, Scripture-integrated certification that equips Christian coaches, pastors, and ministry leaders to understand trauma-informed principles, attachment patterns, mind renewal, and responsible coaching practice.
Enroll in PATHWAYSPay in full or choose a 2 or 4 month payment planPeople experience real moments of breakthrough while still repeating deeply conditioned patterns in how they think, respond, connect, and lead. Until helpers can see those patterns, they end up treating the symptom and missing the root.
“You can recognize the wounds. But do you understand the patterns keeping people bound to them?”
Developed by Dr. Teneka G. Miles, EdD, LCSW, PATHWAYS integrates biblical truth, neuroscience-informed principles, and trauma-informed approaches into one responsible, structured approach to lasting growth.
You will learn to look beneath recurring struggles, guide reflective conversations that support mind renewal and healthier connection, and help people turn insight into consistent, everyday change, in the people you serve and in yourself.
